100 – Unity of Person
UNITY OF PERSON
§ 100. Though two complete and distinct natures are united in Christ,1 there is in Him no union of two persons,2 since His human nature at no time subsisted by itself,3 but only in personal union, not with the Father,4 nor with the Holy Ghost,5 but with God the Son, the second Person in the Trinity.6
